Who we are
BirthdayWhisper is a website by piqueras.dev. Contact: info@birthdaywhisper.com. By using the site, you accept these terms.
What the service does
It reminds you of birthdays and suggests gift ideas based on what you write about each person.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep your inbox safe. You must be 16 or over. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
What you add
Only add information you’re entitled to use, about people close to you, and don’t add sensitive details. You’re responsible for what you write. Don’t use the service to harm anyone, send spam or attack the site.
Gift ideas
Ideas are generated by AI and can be wrong. Prices are approximate, and a product may not exist or may not suit the person, so check before you buy, especially anything to do with allergies or safety.
Reminders
We work to send reminders on time, but email can fail or be delayed, so please don’t rely on them alone for anything critical.
Store links
Some links to stores are affiliate links: we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Purchases are between you and the store, which is responsible for the product and delivery.
Plans and payment
The free plan costs nothing. Premium will be sold through Paddle, which acts as the seller and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for refunds.
Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever close the service, we’ll give you reasonable notice so you can download your data.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer or any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory protections of the country where you live. If they change in an important way, we’ll tell you by email or on the site.
